The new Jaydee K24 with 583WHP partially tuned compared to k20 531whp. Massive torque from the K24! The off idle torque of the K24 Jaydee built motor is more than the K20 can produce under 3800rpm! The K20 lags the K24 by typically 1800rpm torque wise.

The graphs above are for the upgraded motor partially tuned with 38mm valves (CNC head) and featuring the Jaydee modified RRC inlet manifold

This new K24 Jaydee motor has now been fully built in house, using a combination of custom and off the shelf parts imported from the USA. It features 88x99mm bore stroke, 38mm inlet valves, improved CNC porting, and of course the larger plenum RRC manifold. Also fitted is an adjustable exhaust cam gear.

Tuning will now begin to understand the changes.

The dyno graph above is after initial tuning. This is compared to the previous motor in the dotted line. The gains are better than we hoped for.

The motor is fully tuned to 5000rpm. Above this rpm its only partially done, as the water injection needs to be upgraded to 3D mapping which will take a few weeks to develop (hardware and software). The Exh Cam position has not be optimized yet, and the Jaydee designed cams have not been tried. We are still using std Honda camshafts giving OEM reliability. Power above 5000rpm will increase as the tuning is optimized.

Also note peak boost in the inlet manifold is only 16.2PSI, down from 18,6PSI.....and making more power! The cause of this has yet to be located. No doubt its the bypass or waste gate blowing open beyond 14 psi boost. Over 600WHP will be easily achieved once this motor is fully tuned.
